Removal of four undersized ship-to-shore (STS) container cranes from T18 and T46 in the North Harbor. On-site disassembly was performed utilizing the 1,000-ton Pacific Lifter crane barge. Large structural sections of the crane were removed in engineered lifts and placed on the material barges. The disassembly sequence established seven major structural members, ranging in weight from 15-tons to 300-tons.
