Colman Dock Phase 3

Colman Dock is about to enter Phase 3 of construction involving the demolition of the existing terminal building. Once demolished, PPM will remove the existing timber dock below and install new steel piling involving a temporary trestle. Once piling is driven, cast-in-place concrete poured, and precast concrete panels set, the new terminal building will be built.
