Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior HSEQ Administrator to join our team working on the LNG Canada project in Kitimat, British Columbia in the traditional territory of the Haisla Nation.

The LNG Canada project is a joint venture backed by five global energy companies with substantial experience in liquefied natural gas. Together Shell, PETRONAS, PetroChina, Mitsubishi Corporation and KOGAS are designing, building and operating a world-class export terminal in Kitimat, British Columbia. The Clough/PPM joint venture has been awarded the EPC contract for designing and building a loadout line trestle.

The Position

  • Assisting QC team in the implementation of Site Quality Management system. 
  • Archiving of QC records per the approved Quality Management system. 
  • Maintain all QC registers updated with all test results.   
  • Assisting Site Quality Management in the preparation of weekly / monthly reports. 
  • Performs data entry processes into a database, forms, spreadsheets. 
  • Perform update to NCR and Corrective Action register 
  • Ensures complete and accurate data entries into systems. 
  • Conduct non-technical review on subcontractors’ turnover packages. 
  • Provide administrative support as needed. 
  • Assist with Completed Job Books as needed. 
  • Maintain and Update Training Files/Records/matrix  
  • Assisting with general tasks as needed for the Quality Program. 
  • Filing documents and other duties as needed. 
  • Assisting in Quality employee training were needed. 
  • Assisting site Quality Management in the updating of Lesson Learned log and capturing new lessons. 
  • Work within company policies (including Safety and Human Resources policies), client policy and regulatory safety requirements. 
  • Maintain all HSSE registers updated with all test results.   
  • Assisting Site HSSE Management in the preparation of weekly / monthly reports. 
  • Performs HSSE data entry processes into a database, forms, spreadsheets. 
  • Scanning and entering HSSE documentation into SharePoint. 
  • Tracking and entering KPI data, preparing trend charts, weekly/monthly/annual. 
  • Archiving HSSE documentation. 
  • Assisting in onboarding communication and scheduling. 
  • Provide HSSE administrative support as required.
