Clough Canada a Clough Company, specializes in the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPC) services to the Canadian oil and gas sector.

As Clough Canada’s Calgary based Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to a project team and coordinates the day-to-day administrative duties for the project.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provides administration support to the project team

• Adheres to client specifications and requirements as necessary

• Files and distributes information in accordance with approved processes and procedures

• Takes and distributes meeting minutes

• Manages calendars and arranges appointments and meetings

• Performs data entry

• Organizes travel and accommodation for project resources

• Arranges internal and external events

• Provides routine quality checks on all outgoing documentation in accordance with established procedures

You should possess the following:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a project environment

• Advanced software skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities

• Time management skills
