Marine berth for 265-ft, 26,000-ton offshore drilling vessel Kulluk. Berth consisted of four offshore breasting dolphins using 48-in dia. pile in combination with eight upland mooring arrangements. Construction included installation of 35 offshore and upland piling, rock drilling, concrete filled piling, welding and steel fabrication. Crew worked in adverse weather to construct the Mooring Facility platforms in preparation an oil response related to its Beafort Sea operations.
