New Harbor Development: Upland and Inner Harbor Facilities – Phase 2

Multi-year, phased project for new harbor facilities and increased vessel moorage, a drive down float facility, and utilities and support services. Inner Harbor Facilities included 50,000 CY of in-water rock and sediment removal, a 320-ft long sediment containment berm, 51,100 SF moorage float system and associated (191) piling (driven and socketed), 3 gangway ramps, a 90-ft x 90-ft drive down float and 17-ft x 144-ft transfer bridge and associated socketed and tensioned piling and concrete abutment, as well as power/lighting, water, dry fire suppression, sewer pump-out, and bilge water pump-out services to the floats.
